I was referred to Kirby through a friend after my initial realtor was a combination of unresponsive, unprofessional, and almost uninterested in putting in the effort to help me purchase my first home in the Athens, GA area.

Kirby was honest, professional, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and he genuinely cared about finding the perfect home for me at the right price (he is an excellent negotiator and got me a GREAT deal). He went the extra mile every single day until closing, even with an unexpected and very uncommon bump in the road that we encountered regarding flood zones. Even on the day of closing, Kirby went the extra mile to make sure that the home I was purchasing was cleaned and ready for move-in before I signed on the dotted lines.

Kirby is a wonderful agent. He really knows the area well and has a great relationship with many of the builders in the area. He can drive through most neighborhoods and tell you the history, who built each house, and the quality of the construction.
Kirby was also super responsive and was great about touching base and getting back to my wife and I on all of our crazy requests.
